WRIGLEY'S has remained open during this crisis. As you would imagine, many of our customers are closed. However, we are working hard to serve our open customers and source essential items such as masks, sanitizers, disinfectants, etc., and bring in items for our customers for when they re-open.
We have three of our staff working full time searching for and vetting suppliers that offer the COVID19 fighting supplies. As you can imagine, finding and procuring those essential products is very challenging.
The challenges are causing delayed shipments, back orders, and product substitutions. All of which can be frustrating to our customers as well as our staff. I truly apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced and thank you for your patience during this chaotic time.
It’s taken some time, but we are gradually finding new supply lines for the essential products our customers need. I wanted you all to know we are staying open through this crisis as we are an essential supplier. We will continue to search for and procure the items that are so desperately needed at this time.
Please understand we take this very seriously, we are sorry for any delays or canceled orders and will continue to persevere.
